My wife and I attended her 40th high school reunion at Chaffee Zoo yesterday evening. The food was provided by Executive catering and consisted of barbequed chicken and tri-tip with rice pilaf, a green salad and rolls. Both the quantity and quality of food were outstanding. The tri-tip was very tender, had a nice smokey flavor and there was a tasty bbq sauce for garnish. Same with the chicken. The pilaf was very well done. I would definitely use these folks for any event I might plan.
