I'm Chinese, so I've been to several of the Chinese restaurants in Fresno. Hon's is one of my top three favorites! It's a family run hole in the wall, but it serves delicious, traditional food. We like to order the tomato beef chow mein, sometimes with curry, the chicken salad, and the Chinese stew with wide noodles. I don't know what it's called in English. We've also had the pork chow fun and other dishes, and each have been excellent. The only one I've been disappointed with is some sort of mushroom chop suey which was given to me by mistake but I ate anyway. Even though I didn't like it, I suppose part of the fault was mine for eating it.
